· All U.S. orders ship from our local U.S. warehouse.

· Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

· You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Some products may require additional production time and may ship from China or Japan. If so, we will notify you by email.

A: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. U.S. orders ship locally via UPS or USPS.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us at info@betterdiffuser.com as soon as possible after placing the order. Once it is shipped, we cannot modify the address.

 

Q: What if my package is damaged or I received the wrong item?
