Refund & Warranty Policy


Betterdiffuser stands behind its products with industry-leading warranties and customer service. All Betterdiffuser products are designed to meet U.S. voltage standards and built for safety and performance.

1-Year Warranty

Within 1 year of your purchase, if your product has a performance failure due to non-human causes, you are eligible for a free replacement.

· We cover round-trip shipping costs.

· Damaged or modified items due to human misuse are not eligible.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

· We'll send you an email confirming receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.

· If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within several business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank – processing may take several business days.
